We want for you to be completely happy with your Bendo purchase. Please understand that due to the process of the wire bending you may find inconsistencies in shape and colour between products. The process of powder coating also leaves small markings within the paint. This is not considered a defect within the product.
We understand that ordering online can come with challenges. We are more than happy to offer an exchange or credit due to change of mind but all additional related freight cost will need to be covered by the customer. If the goods are faulty or not true to design then we will then apply a credit or refund. In the unlikely event that our products are damaged in transit then we will require images and be happy to provide replacement or credit to your order.
Returns must be made in writing to sales@bendo.com.au within 7 days of delivery date, quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are accepted without Bendo's prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Freight may be charged.
PAYMENT
For online transactions Bendo uses secure payment gateway Eway to process all payments. AMEX surcharge will be on charged to customer but all other credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee. Your Bendo order will be dispatched once the payment has been cleared.
All Bendo prices are shown in Australian Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.
FREIGHT
All orders are trackable and sent via Australia Post or our preferred courier company. For standard shipping allow 2-5 days, and for any regional areas allow up to 10 days. International shipping allow 7-14 days.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We apologise for this inconvenience but if you shoot us an email we can give you an indication of when they will be available for order.
PRIVACY POLICY
Bendo ensures all your information provided is kept confidential. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting. You can opt out at anytime simply by emailing us sales@bendo.com.au or clicking on the opt out button at the base of any of our email communications to you.
